Justin Sparks lived a life defined by joy, resilience, and a deep love for community. Born with a heart defect, he underwent multiple surgeries from infancy and missed out on many typical childhood experiences, until he discovered Camp For All in Texas. Through programs like Camp Pump It Up and Camp YOLO, Justin found not only a place where he belonged but also a calling. In 2019, he returned to Camp For All as a staff member, where his energy, musical talents, and heartfelt presence uplifted everyone around him. His legacy includes the “Shooting Star” energizer he created, which still closes each camp session, celebrating the unique spirit of every camper.
After graduating college early to pursue his passion, Justin took a full-time role at Camp For All before making a bold move to North Carolina’s Camp Pinnacle in 2022. There, he quickly became a vibrant force, whether jumping off the rope swing, leading morning songs, or moving the entire camp community during closing ceremonies. His joyful spirit brought people together, most memorably through the Lakeside Crew's emotional rendition of “Pinnacle Home.” Justin’s impact was lasting and immeasurable; his presence continues to echo through the laughter, music, and love shared at camp. He will be remembered always, missed deeply, and honored forever in the hearts of those he inspired.
Thank you for your interest in donating to this fund, in memory of Justin Sparks. Your contribution will support other campers as they attend Camp Pinnacle.
