Applicant must be an active member of the Junior Fire Brigade or a child or stepchild of an active adult member of the Etowah-Horse Shoe Volunteer Fire and Rescue. Scholarship assistance may be used for the pursuit of a post-secondary education working toward a certificate or degree-granting program. **You must submit a letter from the organization’s leadership verifying that you meet criteria**
