Odell Rouse Memorial Scholarship
Applicant must demonstrate financial need and plan to pursue an education beyond 12th grade by attending an accredited post-secondary institution of higher learning. Applicant must be an active, participating member of the Boys and Girls Club of Henderson County for at least two years.
