MLC Scholarship for Teaching Math
This scholarship provides financial assistance to a person seeking higher education at an accredited institution including, but not limited to, vocational, technical, trade, college, or university levels of education, who is pursuing a certification to teach secondary math education. The student must have good academic potential, be a student at a Henderson County Public School and a resident of Henderson County, show a need for financial support to pursue his/her education, and demonstrate the initiative to better one’s self. Student must be in the top 50% of class ranking.
