Dale "Haynes" and Elaine Woolcott Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship is for a college-bound student who is a legal resident of Henderson County, North Carolina. The applicant must demonstrate financial need and have a record of community service. Preference will be given to graduates of a Henderson County high school.
