John T. Coates IV Civil Engineering Scholarship
The applicant must be a graduate of any public Henderson County high school, and have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better. The applicant must be planning to pursue a career in civil engineering at North Carolina State University.
Katherine Schneider Gettman Scholarship
This scholarship shall be awarded to individuals with financial need who are pursuing a degree in any medically related field.
Kenneth R. and Virginia M. Stull Scholarship
This scholarship is to assist a student in furthering his or her education beyond the high school level.
Kermit Edney Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship is for deserving students with financial need who are pursuing their college education. Recipients must show commitment to the pursuit of their college degree.
Kristen Sue Shetterly Memorial Scholarship
The scholarship was established by Kristen Sue Shetterly’s family and friends for graduates of Hendersonville High School who have an outstanding personality and reflect the compassion, enthusiasm and caring for others which Kristy exhibited. The recipient needs to be in the 25th percentile of the class.
L.B. Prince Scholarship
Applicant must be a graduating senior of Hendersonville High School, be a citizen of Henderson County, and must demonstrate financial need.
Lucee Wallace Scholarship for Nursing
The applicant must be actively engaged or employed in the field of nursing. Candidate must be pursuing a four-year degree or higher lever nursing degree above their current nursing degree. Preference is given to students who live in the geographic areas served by the Foundation (Henderson, Polk, Transylvania counties).
Lucile V. Means Scholarship
Applicant must be an African-American student and must demonstrate financial need. The student must be a graduate of Hendersonville High School.
Lula and Levi Wilson Scholarship
Applicant must be an African-American student with financial need who wishes to pursue his or her education.
Maria's Scholarship
Applicant must be a resident of Henderson County who demonstrates financial need for assistance to attend an accredited college or university.
