McCray Benson President/CEO McCray Benson has been with CFHC since 2005. McCray specializes in annual and planned giving; administration; consulting with donors, nonprofits and wealth advisors; community engagement; and leadership. Read more about McCray by downloading his bio.
Rachel Buchanan Chief Financial Officer Rachel Buchanan has been with CFHC since 2010. Rachel focuses on managing CFHC's accounting and financial systems, office operation and property management. Lee Henderson-Hill Senior Program Officer Lee Henderson-Hill has been with CFHC since 2009. Lee is responsible for all aspects of the grantmaking process, including program research, organizational consultation regarding applications, proposal investigation, advising and evaluation, grant tracking and post-grant evaluation. Andrea Rogers Controller Andrea Rogers has been with CFHC since 2014. Andrea provides support in all financial matters including financial reporting, general ledger maintenance, bank and investment reconciliations, and payroll. Andrea collaborates with all levels of Foundation staff to ensure timely and accurate information to both internal and external clients. Tonya Holbert Administrative AssistanTonya Dirkse has been with CFHC since 2016. Tonya assists in every area of the Community Foundation’s operations by providing administrative and clerical work and serving as primary support for the whole of CFHC. Read more about Tonya by downloading her bio.
Wendy Hamil Donor Services Manager Wendy B. Hamil has been with CFHC since 2016. She applies current philanthropy trends and legislation to grant administration, scholarship stewardship and event management. Wendy serves as a liaison between donors, agencies, organizations and the Community Foundation team to provide full-service community foundation programming. Communications Specialist. Katie Allison joined CFHC in August 2019 and is responsible for all aspects of CFHC's communication with the public. Database/Program Associate Mauricio Rojas joined CFHC in 2018. Mauricio works as a dedicated team member responsible for our database systems and grant &gift processing software.
