Since 1983, the Community Foundation of Henderson County has been helping people who care make lasting contributions to causes that matter. The Foundation offers donors simple ways to achieve their charitable goals and provides support to nonprofit organizations who offer needed and meaningful services to our community.

In 2006, CFHC distributed $2.9 million to several nonprofit organizations and scholarship seekers in the Henderson County region and beyond. With assets of $74.6 million, CFHC comprises more than 360 different charitable funds.
